It's hope for all sex addicts, for themselves and the partner and the relationship... it teaches you how to enjoy sex to connect with yourself and the other person, not escape anxiety and psychological stress. So -- all BS aside, maybe you should take a look. I swam as a kid and recently started again (nobody is trying to look at me in the shower, ahem) - I just bought an annual pass. I just love it. It works well for me 'cause I live in this small town so I'm in the pool just 10 minutes after I leave the house, and I work from home so I don't have to have my hair done and all that.
